Service Description

Neuronest is an online school offering AI development education. Our current programmes are:

  • Foundations of AI Development (Self-Paced) — an introductory online course at ฿3,600.
  • Applied Projects Bootcamp — a structured cohort-based programme at ฿12,600.
  • One-to-One Mentorship Track — a personalised mentorship programme at ฿34,200.

We strive to make all programmes available online. We may update, modify, or withdraw programmes with reasonable notice. Availability may vary based on cohort capacity for the Bootcamp.

04

User Accounts

Where an account is required to access course materials, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current registration information.
  • Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with others.
  • Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or that show suspicious activity.

05

User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree not to:

  • Share, redistribute, or reproduce course materials without written permission.
  • Submit work that is not your own as part of a programme assessment or exercise.
  • Disrupt or interfere with the learning experience of other participants in cohort programmes.
  • Use our platforms to transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or scrape our course systems or materials.
06

Intellectual Property

All course content, teaching materials, exercises, assessments, and branding on this website are the intellectual property of Neuronest or our content contributors. Enrolling in a course grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access those materials for your own learning. You may not reproduce, share, sell, or sublicense our content in any form.

Any code, projects, or written work you create as part of a programme remains your own work. By sharing it within a programme context (e.g. for feedback), you grant Neuronest a limited licence to view and comment on it for educational purposes only.

07

Payment Terms

All prices are listed in Thai Baht (฿) inclusive of applicable VAT where required by law. We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout. Full payment is required before access to course materials is granted, unless a payment plan is agreed in writing.

Refund Policy

  • Self-Paced Course: a full refund is available within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the course materials.
  • Applied Projects Bootcamp: refund requests submitted at least 14 days before cohort start date will receive a full refund. After that date, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
  • One-to-One Mentorship: individual sessions cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled. Sessions missed without notice are not refunded.

To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your order details.

08

Course-Specific Terms

Access to self-paced course materials is available for 12 months from the date of enrolment. Cohort-based programme schedules are communicated in advance; attendance expectations are shared before enrolment. Completion of a programme does not confer an accredited academic qualification. Neuronest provides a completion acknowledgement only, and it carries no formal academic credit unless otherwise specified.

Academic integrity matters. Submitting someone else's work as your own, or using automated tools in a way that defeats the learning purpose of an exercise, may result in removal from a programme without refund.

09

Disclaimers

Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no representations that our content will be error-free or that access will be uninterrupted. We do not make any promise regarding specific learning outcomes, career results, employment, or earnings — these depend entirely on individual effort, prior knowledge, and circumstances outside our control. Neuronest is an educational institution and does not provide professional or legal advice.

10

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, Neuronest's total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant programme in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of data, lost opportunities, or loss of earnings.

We are not liable for failures or delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to power outages, natural events, or platform outages by third-party providers.

11

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Neuronest, its staff, and partners harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your use of our services, or any content you submit through our platforms.

12

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you breach these terms or engage in conduct that harms other participants or our operations. You may withdraw from a programme at any time, subject to the refund policy in Section 7. Clauses relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination of this Agreement.

13

Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at [email protected] so we can attempt to resolve the matter informally. If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

14

General Provisions

  • Entire Agreement: this Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Neuronest regarding our services.
  • Severability: if any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
  • Waiver: failure by us to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
  • Assignment: you may not assign your rights under this Agreement. We may assign our rights to a successor organisation.
  • Notices: formal notices should be sent to [email protected].
15

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When changes are material, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continued use of our services after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
